Converse Shai 001 ‘Camo’

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander’s Converse signature got its boldest treatment yet in April 2026 with a camo-covered upper that departed sharply from the clean, minimal approach of earlier colorways. The SGA 001 had established itself as a genuine lifestyle sneaker beyond its basketball origins, and the camo treatment pushed it further into street culture territory.

All-over camo print across the upper gave the Shai 001 a military edge that contrasted with SGA’s typically understated aesthetic, suggesting a willingness to expand the shoe’s personality. The April drop was one of the more anticipated Converse releases of the spring season.

The Converse Shai 001 Camo retailed at $130 and released April 2, 2026 through Converse and select footwear retailers.
