Nike SB is building a new Color of the Month series for the Air Force 1, partnering with skate boutiques and brands around the world to create regional-exclusive colorways. The program draws inspiration from Nike’s original Color of the Month initiative launched in 1984, which was created after East Coast retailers requested exclusive AF1 colors to keep demand high for the still-new silhouette. That early program is credited with saving the Air Force 1 from discontinuation.
The SB version features four collaborators, each designing their own Air Force 1 colorway for their respective regions. Nocturnal represents the United States, Instant Skateboards handles Japan, Fly Streetwear covers China, and Amsterdam’s Ben-G takes Europe. Each pair will release as a regional exclusive.

Ben-G’s entry arrives in Light Chocolate suede with Court Purple accents on the Swoosh, outsoles, and other branding details. The shoe features an all-suede construction, consistent with recent Nike SB Air Force 1 releases. Ben-G’s logo appears on the outer heel of both shoes. The pair is expected to drop in October 2026 at $120, available exclusively in the European market.
