Nike is continuing its seasonal shroud series for the Air Force 1 Low with a new ‘Sunflower’ edition arriving this Summer. The removable shroud features a sunflower print with cutouts that create a ruffled appearance across the shoe’s upper.
Underneath the decorative covering sits a Sesame canvas upper paired with Hemp leather accents, white Swooshes, and a gum sole. The shroud concept debuted last year with a ‘Leaf Camo’ execution mimicking fall foliage, followed by a ‘Cherry Blossom’ version in February for Spring. The ‘Sunflower’ edition marks the third installment in this rotating series that pairs seasonal florals and plants with the enduring low-top silhouette.

The Air Force 1 has cycled through countless colorways and constructions since its 1982 debut, but Nike continues to find fresh angles on the foundational design. The removable shroud approach adds a playful interactive element, letting wearers customize their look by removing or keeping the seasonal print.
The ‘Sunflower’ Air Force 1 Low will release at Nike and select retailers for $125. An exact drop date within the summer window has not been announced.
