Vans has released the Slip-On LX Classic 98 in Cardigan Black and White, a refined take on the brand’s signature slip-on silhouette. The shoe lands at $110.

The LX Classic 98 leans into the original design while incorporating contemporary upgrades. The shoe features a padded collar for support, elastic side panels for easy entry and exit, and a higher sidewall finished with a gloss effect. The foxing tape draws inspiration from original 1990s Osnaburg reinforced outsoles, nodding to the shoe’s vintage roots.

Comfort upgrades distinguish this version from earlier iterations. The footbed has been upgraded and the overall construction refined for a seamless fit. The shoe includes Sola Foam ADC insoles, an All-Day Comfort technology made from at least 30% biobased PU foam partially derived from plants and certified by the USDA as biobased.
