This week, Fieg teased a new “Reverse Linen” take on the Nike Air Force 1 Low, which swaps the classic color blocking of the original 2001 release. Instead of a brown linen base with pink accents, this version flips things around with a pink upper and soft brown linen shades on the Swooshes and outsoles.
The Air Force 1 holds significant meaning for Kith and Fieg. In 2016, Kith rereleased the original “Linen” colorway, a Japan-exclusive from 2001, bringing it back into circulation nearly 15 years later. Fieg has cited the shoe as one of his all-time favorite sneakers, and that partnership cemented a modern-era connection between Kith and the color scheme that continues today.
