Nike‘s annual Lunar New Year collection made its statement early in 2026 with a Year of the Snake-themed Air Force 1 Low. The silhouette served as the canvas for embroidered snake motifs and traditional red and gold color blocking celebrating the Chinese New Year.
Snake-scale textures and zodiac-inspired embroidery throughout elevated the AF1’s classic shape into a seasonal collectible. The design drew from Nike‘s long tradition of honoring the Lunar New Year with thoughtful culturally resonant footwear.
The Nike Air Force 1 Low Year of the Snake retailed at $130 and released January 8, 2026 ahead of the Lunar New Year celebrations.
