The Nike SB P-Rod 1 is back with another colorway. The grey and blue “Dodgers” edition drops June 12, 2026 at Nike and SB skate shops for $135.
This shoe marks the fourth colorway in the P-Rod 1 retro run, which celebrates the model’s 20th anniversary. The sneaker features a predominantly grey upper with dark Flint overlays and medium grey base layers. Dodger blue hits the Swooshes, inner lining, and tongue branding to round out the look.

The P-Rod 1 holds significant weight in skateboarding history. Nike entered the skate market in 2002 with the SB division, a dedicated team of real skaters focused on making products for the sport. In 2004, they signed Paul Rodriguez as their first signature skate athlete. A year later, in 2005, the P-Rod 1 became the first signature skateboard shoe Nike SB ever released. The shoe combined performance technology like Zoom Air cushioning with premium details such as PR monograms at the heels, delivering on both function and style. It became an instant classic and launched a long line of signature models for Rodriguez.
Two decades later, Nike SB remastered the original for today’s market. The team has been rolling out celebratory colorways slowly throughout the year, with Rodriguez himself teasing new options over recent months. Beyond the Dodgers edition, a British Tan colorway also appeared in early previews. The retro P-Rod 1 has performed well as one of the year’s underrated releases, appealing to both longtime skate enthusiasts and sneaker collectors.
