Nike keeps finding new ways to dress up the Vomero Plus, and the Cheat Day Cheeto Dust colorway might be the most playful yet. The pair carries the style code IV4522-200 and a snack-inspired theme built around that unmistakable orange dust.

The Vomero Plus is the maximal version of Nike‘s Vomero running platform, with a taller, softer midsole and a bulkier upper that has made it a favorite for the chunky-runner look. Nike has leaned into that shape with a run of themed colorways, and the Cheat Day is the latest, built as a tribute to taking a day off from strict meal prep and diving into a bag of cheesy chips.
The execution matches the idea. A bright orange covers the toe and lace tips, then fades to ceramic and grey as it moves back across the shoe, like a gradient pulled straight out of a chip bag. Nike drops the usual side Swoosh for a small one on the lateral heel, then adds a touch more orange on the heel tab to finish the theme.
That signals Nike is treating the Vomero Plus as a storytelling shoe rather than a straight running release, using food and pop culture hooks to keep a technical silhouette in the lifestyle conversation. It is a smart way to keep a newer model interesting while the hype around it is still fresh.
