Anthony Edwards continues to build out his signature footwear catalog with the adidas AE Mule, a recovery-focused slip-on coming this fall. The open-backed mule takes design cues from Edwards’ on-court basketball shoes and packages them into a casual off-court option.

The mule features textile inner lining for comfort and sharp tooth-like cutouts running down each side of the shoe, creating negative space in the design. The tongue area displays the AE logo, tying the recovery shoe directly to his performance line. The debut colorway is Bliss Blue, a soft blue shade that stands out from typical neutral recovery shoe offerings.
