Nike paid homage to the East Coast interstate corridor with an I-95-themed Air Max 95, a colorway that resonated specifically with sneaker culture along the eastern seaboard. The Air Max 95 already had strong regional associations given its early popularity in cities like New York and Boston.
The I-95 colorway drew from the visual vocabulary of highway signage, East Coast architecture, and urban grit, creating a story that felt specific without being exclusive. Few shoes could carry this kind of regional narrative as naturally as the Air Max 95.
The Nike Air Max 95 I-95 retailed at $170 and released February 19, 2026 through Nike.com and select East Coast area retailers.
